If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply not like yourself lately, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure things out on your own.
I’m a Registered Psychologist in Edmonton with over 20 years of experience supporting people through life’s challenges and transitions. My approach to counselling is warm, genuine, and down-to-earth, and I truly enjoy helping people make sense of what they’re going through and make meaningful, lasting changes in their lives.
Sometimes people hesitate to reach out because they worry their issues are not “serious enough” or that needing therapy means something is wrong with them. In reality, you don’t need to be in crisis or have experienced major trauma to benefit from therapy. Therapy is for everyone, and sometimes simply having a safe, supportive space to talk about what’s going on in your life can make a significant difference.
Helping people feel safe and comfortable in therapy is very important to me. I work to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can talk openly about anything you’re facing and feel heard, respected, and understood.
You are welcome here exactly as you are, and we will take things one step at a time.
