Research consistently shows that the strongest predictor of success in therapy is the quality of of the relationship between a client and therapist. Feeling safe, understood, and genuinely supported by your therapist creates a strong foundation. From that foundation, we actively work together to develop a deeper understanding of yourself and your patterns, make sense of what is happening in your life, and develop new coping tools to create real, lasting changes in your life.
Your voice and choices matter in therapy, and we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you. You will never be pressured to talk about or do anything you’re not comfortable with or ready for.
In my free time, I enjoy copious amounts of coffee, reading, cycling, being creative, spending time with family and friends. and exploring what Edmonton has to offer – from hidden gems to local favourites.
